Good morning and happy Monday! (Still not sure that's a thing haha!) We sprung forward into Daylight Savings Time yesterday morning and while we haven't had sleep issues per se, Harlow and I definitely slept in until 8:50AM this morning and missed school! So my current status is trying to get out this blog post while casting magic spells with the miniature Elsa running around in her blue dress and magic wand! This is what life looks like for mamas who work from home and it's frantic but fun, too!

Anyways, last Friday I posted on my Instagram stories about these amazing dresses I found at Versona and bought for a steal! Altogether my two dresses came to just $65 and I literally thought the cashier had messed up but nope she hadn't! This mosiac maxi dress is my FAVORITE!!! I totally had a moment where I thought I had seen everything and was headed to the fitting room and then BAM! I saw this one and immediately fell in love with it. And what's even better, I love it more on than on the hanger! It's the most comfortable stretchy fabric that shows your figure without clinging to you. I was worried it would be too tight but it's not at ALL!

I just love the '70s vibes of this dress! It kinda makes me think of my mom in pictures I've seen of her growing up with her long hair and maxi dresses. I have to wear extensions to get mermaid hair but she had it all on her own! Stevie Nicks is her girrrrl and I love Stevie and Fleetwood Mac from riding in the car singing to 'Dreams' and 'Rihannon' with my mom when I was little. Anything that makes me feel like the Gypsy queen (even if just a titch) makes my heart smile!

If you haven't shopped at Versona yet you should totally check them out! There's a store in the Whole Foods shopping center on Tunnel Road and you can shop online, too. Like I mentioned in my IG stories, not everything is up my alley (like those ruffled hem cropped bell bottoms - no ma'am pam.) But every time I shop at Versona I find pieces I wear a LOT! And the prices really can't be beat. Even though they're affordable they definitely hold up with wear and washing which is important to know when buying budget items.

I actually had a hard time narrowing down everything in my dressing room because I loved all the prints and colors! The maxi and this floral shift dress ended up being the winners but I love all of these pretty spring dresses! Some great options here for everyday, church, and Easter.

Hope y'all are having a smooth start to your week! Are you adjusting to the time change well? I know it's so much harder with kids in the equation!

I'll be back Wednesday with a new post in which I'll be sharing the stories of some awesome women I recently met and how having a daughter makes me extra inspired to see women supporting women doing amazing things! And those amazing things can look like so many different things. I'm really excited to write this one...
