Fun Flat Sandals For Spring
Okay so clearly I'm crushing on bright, vibrant colors this season, maybe more than ever. It all started with a pink obsession that grew to include pompoms, tassels, and sometimes both at once! I feel like I never can have enough flat sandals for spring and summer -- don't we pretty much live in them for six months straight, maybe more?! We definitely live in dresses and I think a colorful or embellished sandal is the best way to add interest to your outfit when you're really just wearing the one piece. Especially with solids. The other summer uniform for me is denim shorts and when you have a bold sandal you can keep everything else pretty simple -- just shorts, a blouse, and some cute comfy sandals!

I included a mix of price points in this edit and with the exception of the Valentino studded sandals most everything is very reasonable. Many of these are from ASOS and ring in under $50...which means you can get more than one pair LOL! I got the pompom pair in the upper right and they are SO stinkin' cute in person. I also really want the nude suede ankle wrap sandals from J. Crew on the bottom right. As much fun as it is to play with colors and details, you have to have a neutral sandal in your repertoire. Plus I love the clean look of a soft beige sandal with a crisp white summer dress...and yes, I will probably wear one before Memorial Day because when it's 80 degrees outside on May 3rd who cares about some arbitrary, outdated fashion "rule?" Wear the white ladies!
